Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my parcel not tracking?

Did your order just ship? Please allow at least 1 day after receiving your order shipment notification for tracking updates to appear. Some shippers can take up to 24 hours to add your tracking information.

Did you enter order number instead of tracking number? Make sure to enter tracking number, which you can find in the shipment notification email.

How do I track my TQC package?

Please visit the tracking page on the website and enter your tracking number. After you enter your tracking number, please hit “Track Your Package” to see the latest status.

My package is delayed, who can help?

If your package is delayed, we will work to deliver it safely and soon. If tracking only shows “LABEL CREATED, TRACKING DETAILS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT THE TQC FACILITY,” this means TQC has not received your package for delivery. Generally, if your status has not changed in 24 hours, please contact your handler for assistance. If you need further assistance, kindly contact our support team.

When does TQC deliver?

Packages to residences typically arrive between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time zone on your scheduled date of delivery.

How does TQC reduce delivery timeframes?

TQC operates a hub-and-spoke network of more than 102 locations and 18 sort centers that are strategically located near some of the most populated cities in the U.S. This allows TQC to complete deliveries within shorter delivery timeframes than national carriers.

What does “last-mile delivery” mean?

There are many steps involved in the delivery process. The last mile of delivery (or the final mile) refers to the very last step in the delivery process, when a package leaves its final servicing facility and is delivered to its final destination (typically a residential or business address) by a carrier such as TQC.

Strategically Located Warehouses

Our flagship, 380,000ft2 temperature-controlled facility is based in Chicago, IL. We chose this location because it allows us to directly inject packages into our carrier networks, typically cutting down transit times by a full day.

We also operate warehouses in Los Angeles and Toronto, allowing customers to reach a significant portion of the most densely populated areas in the US while taking advantage of cost-effective shipping methods and reducing fulfillment times. Three new TQC warehouses are slated to open in Finland, Brazil, and Canada.
